At Second Wind Sales and Services, I treat your data with the same respect I treat a vintage Apple II—carefully and with zero interest in selling it to some giant corporation. Here’s the lowdown on what happens when you hang out on our site.

1. The Basics Our website address is: https://secondwindsales.ca. I only collect info that helps me fix your tech or ship your collectibles—stuff like your name, email for the ‘Basement Bulletin’, or your address if you’re buying something.

2. Google Ads & Tracking (The “Techy” Part) Because I want to make sure the right people find my repair services, I use Google Ads.

• Cookies: Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this or other websites.
• The “Opt-Out”: If you aren’t into personalized advertising, you can opt out by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• I use these insights to see which of my repair services people actually care about (like if everyone in Raymond suddenly needs their Pixel 7a screens fixed!).

3. Communication (QUO & Tawk.to) If you chat with me via the Tawk.to widget or text my QUO number, that data is stored so I can keep track of our conversation and your repair history. I’m the only one reading it.

4. Embedded Content Sometimes I’ll embed a video from my YouTube channel showing a cool micro-soldering fix. These videos behave just like they would if you were on YouTube—they might collect a little data or use cookies to track that you watched it.

5. Your Rights If you ever want me to wipe your info from my system (The Basement Bulletin, etc.), just shoot me an email at cody@secondwindsales.ca. I’ll handle it personally. No hoops to jump through.
